Jackie M. Perry

Received a B.A. degree in 1974 and a M.B.A. in 1992, both from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette.  Over 16 years of social services experience for the State of Louisiana, predominantly in the area of child protection and foster and adoptive homefinding.  Business management experience includes both single and multi-unit retail and restaurant management.  Also served as Regional Manager for last three years for the Lake Charles and Lafayette Long-term Care Medicaid Application Centers that were contracted by the state to complete all the nursing home and waiver Medicaid applications for 12- parish area.   Presently serving as President of Senior Financial Protection LLC, innovative company specializing in Medicaid and long-term care planning.  Also serve as part-time faculty member and staff mentor for the School of Business Management at the University of Phoenix’s Lafayette campus.
